In addition, The girl behind the "payment desk" didn't even look at us when we stood there, and she just asked questions that she needed without looking at us. Overall very disappointed with customer service, and will not be bringing my vehicle back. Mike in the service department was helpful. The others need to be taught how to speak to customers. More

Car buying without hassles I usually dislike going into stores or places of business because I feel that the employees are trying too hard to get the sale. I came here after contacting the dealership online due to the great prices on the Chevy Cruze Hatchbacks that I was eyeing. I arrived and was approached quickly by Scott to see if my wife and I needed help with anything. Scott ended up being our salesman and was quick in assisting us with the vehicles that we wanted to look at and test drive. We made a decision on the car and Scott then introduced us to Mike who initiated our financing. I was preapproved for a loan but Mike got us a better loan than I was approved for which saved us $$$$. Scott also got us squared away with the Chevy app and OnStar. We didn’t feel hassled or pressured at any time. We were never alone for longer than a couple minutes at a time and the other staff members were courteous as well. I would recommend this dealership if you want to buy a vehicle. More

The previous salesman was not great, but when we met Mike, he changed our experience. Mike was very open to what we wanted when we went in to the dealership and did not pressure us to do any more than that. He was very friendly and welcomed my two children who were also there. The process took much longer than expected, but Mike stayed in constant communication and made sure my kids had snacks and we were comfortable. We worked in financing with Bob Schneider, and while we weren't given the loan company we wanted, he was very friendly and explained everything well. More

Since then tire keeps losing air and dealer doesn't want to get the car in and be accountable for issue. Issue only began after they rotated them. I was also going to be charged for the oil change even though at time of purchase I was told there were two years of free oil changes and tire rotations. Had to get my salesman to approve. Totally wasting my time. Not sure I will ever buy another vehicle here. I have purchased three in the past five years. Time to rethink the next vehicle dealership and brand of car. More
