Thank you for your feedback, We understand your frustration with our service department not being aware that you had additional free oil changes and tire rotations past what is normally included with your purchase. Typically when people get the Powerhouse Package that you received, the customers bring in their voucher with them to redeem it for the services. We're glad you were not actually charged. With regard to your tire losing air, we noticed that since your post you have actually been able to get your vehicle in to address this issue. We're glad that situation was taken care of, as well.
