Dream Car Recently I had to part ways with the only car I had ever known. It was a 98 that I got 11 years out of, loved that car like it was my child. I went to Jim Butler thinking I would never find a replacement. I test drove a 2016 WRX they had and I was hooked! I have had the car for a week now and I am in love. The service at Jim Butler was unlike any other dealership I looked at in my search. They were willing to work with me to make sure the payments were manageable with my budget. They weren't pushy like some other dealerships. I will definitely be back for my next car. Highly recommend this dealership. More

Quickest Service I’ve received I normally have to wait a couple hours to get an oil change, tire rotation. The last time I dropped off my car rr nite before and the next day it was I normally have to wait a couple hours to get an oil change, tire rotation. The last time I dropped off my car rr nite before and the next day it was still not ready. This was the quickest turn around I’ve experienced in quite some time. I was told 90 min and my.vehicle was actually ready in about 80 minutes! More

A bit confused about appointments and timelines. I had an appointment for 8:45 am. Got their a bit early and was checked in on a timely basis. Everyone was pleasant and timely, however, I was told I had an appointment for 8:45 am. Got their a bit early and was checked in on a timely basis. Everyone was pleasant and timely, however, I was told "they may not get the truck in as they were running a day or so behind and I could pay for a rental car". They did get my car in and finished that same day, but I was asking myself why I would need to pay for a rental car because they overbooked service appointments they might not be able to keep up with? I have an extended warranty from GM and assumed the windshield washer issue was covered (which it was). I was called mid-afternoon to say they found the problem and hoped to get it finished by sometime tomorrow, I said I would need to come get it and bring it back another day for the windshield washer pump to be installed if they couldn't get it finished because I had to have it or a warranty covered rental car for use very early the next morning due to a work related issue. They offered a warranty covered rental care as I was told mine was "torn apart/not drive able". I received another call within about 30 minutes that said it was ready to go. I went to pick it up around 5:30 and the cashier didn't have my paperwork and had a hard time finding someone to help her with it. She was very nice and I felt bad for both of us as it took a while for someone to get her the keys and appropriate paperwork (not her fault). More

Some workers were talking and bill seen I was waiting at the counter. He gave the ladies a second to do their job but they didn't seem interested. Bill rushed up and said I'm so sorry for that not knowing I was his direct client. He was thorough beyond his job guidelines. He's the type of guy that should be managing.
