Do Not Bring Your Car Here I leased a new 2018 camaro back in March 2018. In October, I was in a nearly fatal accident when my car (with 7,000 miles) flew off the highway at 50+ I leased a new 2018 camaro back in March 2018. In October, I was in a nearly fatal accident when my car (with 7,000 miles) flew off the highway at 50+ mph. After the accident, Dobbs Auto Center (the closest place I could tow the car) found my tires were bald past the wire and that they were severely misaligned. When I brought Jim Butler official documentation of the state of my car, the service manager Doug told me that he did not believe I was even in an accident and had the car towed at my expense to the dealership to inspect it. When my car arrived on a tow truck, no one inspected it. Instead, Jim Butler performed an oil change and routine maintenance without my authorization and called me to come pick up the car. There was not a single mention of the condition of my tires or the state of my alignment or the other damage to my vehicle. When I called to inquire why this service was performed without my consent and why no inspection occurred, the service manager, Bill Van Iwaarden, was very aggressive with me. When I told him not to alter the state of the car until GM could inspect its condition, Bill told me to remove the car from his lot or else incur daily storage charges. I had the car towed at my expense and never heard back from Jim Butler until they asked for this review. Further, I was provided with what was explicitly discussed as a free loaner car during the time my car received unauthorized service. When I came to return the loaner car, Bill was again aggressive with me and told me I was never told the car would be free (despite a contract to the contrary and 2 witnesses), and that I had to pay for the loaner car or else I could not leave. I have never been treated with such a lack of professional courtesy at any Chevrolet dealership, and I exclusively purchase Chevrolet vehicles (this is my 2nd car from Jim Butler) as does my family. I will certainly never return to Jim Butler as a result of my experience here and have informed my family and friends of the treatment I received. More

Brandon was by far the best salesman I have ever worked with Brandon went above and beyond to help me. Two days he worked with me in getting something I liked and could afford. Excellent service, was actually enjoyable! Never ending oil change. 2 1/2 hours for an oil change with an appointment. Other oil change appointments scheduled after mine had already been serviced and left. One of those even had a tire fixed with his oil change. I finally had to find an advisor to ask where my car was. Makes me wonder how long I would have been there if I didn’t say anything. I cannot and will not recommend this dealership any longer. More
Service Department The service advisors are great at communicating with you to get your car fixed and letting you know what the problems are ASAP. Very good at leaving detailed messages as well if you miss their call. Wasn’t so impressed with the pick up process. The first time I didn’t think too much of it but their parking lot is very crowded and I don’t know if this is something new or the way they have always done it at previous dealerships they get your keys and bring your car up to the front so you don’t have to drive through the crowded parking lot and you can get out easily without waiting. I was alone when I picked up my car so I just walked to the very end of the parking lot after they handed me my keys and found my own car. Well the second time I had my 1 year old son with me on my hip my my car seat from the rental I needed to put in my own vehicle sitting on the floor next to me and my diaper bag on my back. That I totally knew what I was getting myself into. But then he did it he didn’t offer to pull my car up wanted me to walk across the parking lot to get my own car. I think this is poor customer service. So when I asked him if he could please pull my car up front with all these items visibly starring at him he said ummm ya I guess I can do that. He then pulled my car up front I met him outside and figured it out : ) Please go back to pulling peoples cars up front for them. Other dealerships service centers wash your vehicle for you every time it’s serviced. I may think about going else where in the future if this is how this dealership is now going to operate. If it wasn’t for the other 10 plus visits I have had with this car. I most likely wouldn’t think too much into it. I have been spoiled in the past with great customer service. So I hope this was a rare occurance and won’t happen again. More

Eliminated our worries We brought our car "in" because I heard a "sound" at the RF wheel associated with revolutions of the wheel, that was not heard in the passenger comp We brought our car "in" because I heard a "sound" at the RF wheel associated with revolutions of the wheel, that was not heard in the passenger compartment. I was told to bring it in the next day. We did. Despite a heavy workload in the service department we received a diagnosis later that day, ordered a wheel strut which was installed the next day. All of this was possible because Kim, the service advisor, guided our car and kept up informed through the diagnosis and repair process. All of the staff extended a "customer first" attitude ---our service bill was explained thoroughly by the cashier, and a service representative supervisor even went outside to bring the car to my wife so she wouldn't hafta be out in the rain to get it. More
