We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, Laurel. We discussed your situation extensively with GM. When you lost control of your Camaro and went off the road, you took it to Dobb's first, where they gave you incorrect information about your tires. We did inform you multiple times both by our service advisor and service manager that we could not guarantee a free rental. We also have multiple witnesses for the conversation you had with our Service Manager. They all agree that he was not aggressive during your discussion. While we certainly wish this experience could have gone differently, we did everything in our power to provide you with accurate expectations for your visit with us. We're sorry you feel this way and wish you safe travels in the future.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration with not pulling your car up when picking up your vehicle and we're glad that the staff member that assisted you was able to get your vehicle for you. Due to high volume at our dealership, we are not always able to pull up every customer's vehicle for them at pick up with our current set up. The good news is that we are working on making improvements to our check in/check out process that will include at the very least walking the customer out to the vehicle (and offering to carry any items), if not actually bringing the vehicle up to the customer. We hope you will notice these changes during your next visit!
