I’m in OR but was looking for a very specific truck and specs, so I called over a dozen dealerships across the country. And they were the only ones that had transparent pricing with no dealer addendums besides the doc fees which is understandable. Being so far out of state, I had to buy sight unseen, but the whole way, they made the process seem like I lived just down the street. Wouldn’t not think twice before buying from them again regardless of the distance. More

We dropped our car off on a Sunday evening to have a "shift to park" message checked. It turned out our car needed a new "shift to park" sensor. It too 9 days to do this!! 7 weekdays. Unacceptable. Our experience was very pleasant, the guys we dealt with were excellent and knew their jobs well ( Michael, Tj & I'm sorry I don't remember the guys name we signed paperwork with). They explained everything and made sure to answer all our questions and we understood. And Michael handled my husband well who can be a negative Nancy at times lol. I liked the idea that they run the numbers first and said this is what you can afford and gave us a couple of choices. We didn't feel like the car prices were ballooned and unaffordable. We are definitely recommending Jim Butler when showing off our new car. More
