Very POOR service. Does NOT fix issues with the vehicle after numerous visits. Usually have trouble getting a rental car when promised. They had my car for 25 days the last visit and did NOT resolves some of the issues. They also wanted to charge me for some of the services when I stated, WARRANY WORK ONLY!!! There were also things told to me when dropping off the vehicle about repair that needed to be done in a certain time frame that was NEVER mentioned before!!! Trying to get money from me for those items also. When I returned the rental, I was told ( for the first time ever) they would charge me if it took longer than 30 minutes to clean the rental on return. The service manager was VERY ARROGANT and not accommodating to my needs. I traded my car to another dealer and bought from them.... DO NOT buy from Jim Butler in Fenton, Mo. More

I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to Jim Butler ! The vehicle I was interested in was not ready for me to look at when I arrived for our scheduled appointment.
