I’ve been bringing my car here since I bought it in 2016. Granted, not for every single thing, but it’s been enough. The last 4-5 years have been slowly going down hill as far as customer service goes. This Granted, not for every single thing, but it’s been enough. The last 4-5 years have been slowly going down hill as far as customer service goes. This last time was the final nail in the coffin for me. It felt nearly impossible to try and call and actually talk to someone without having to leave a message first, then have them text me back. Then having to wait for parts to be delivered from LA. When my car was finally done, I go in to pick it up and barely get acknowledged by the person sitting at the service desk. She waives me over to 2 other girls sitting and chatting saying “they can help you over there”. No greeting before hand. When I walk over to the other 2 girls, they finish their conversation before acknowledging me. I finally pay for the work that wasn’t covered by my insurance and get ready to leave. When I ask where my car was, the girl who took payment said “oh, if it’s not on the side over here, it’s probably somewhere in the back”. Not bothering to help me find it. When I finally get to my car, it’s in the back of the building, half way down the building. There was essentially trash left in my car from the technician who worked on my car. The last few experiences I’ve had with this dealership honestly makes me not want to buy another Kia if this is the norm for their service department… More
In the past I’ve had issue with bringing my car here even though I purchased it here. This time my service rep above and beyond to help me with my issue. She handled the issue well even though she was berate though I purchased it here. This time my service rep above and beyond to help me with my issue. All the regular maintenance appointments have gone well. Getting a new motor for the window has been very frustrating. I forgot to tell the service department that the rear window wasn’t working. So during the next check up they told me it was one day after the warranty expired. Now I had to pay for diagnostic, motor and labor. I made an appointment for 11am thinking it was a quick fix, I waited. 3 hours later… At noon all the bays were empty. At 1pm I didn’t know the lady assisting me went to lunch. At 2pm I went to see why it was taking so long and I found my keys and paperwork on her desk. I took them to the payment counter and was able to leave 3.25 hours later, very frustrated with the process. The employee told me never to make 11am appointments. So why is that an option on the website??? More
