I felt the service manager worked hard to address the complex issues of my car covered under an extended warranty & made sure that I was taken care of & had a loaner. It took over 2 months for my car to be fixed. My car was broken into because the car was unlocked. My son’s wallet was stolen. My car went into Jim bone Kia in January 20 26 and I didn’t get it back until the end of March. I had to constantly call them and ask when my car was gonna be ready. They didn’t have enough workers that didn’t get it back until the end of March. I had to constantly call them and ask when my car was gonna be ready. They didn’t have enough workers that could work on a hybrid vehicle. And it took forever. No one ever knew what was going on with my car and I never could get straight answers. Then when I finally got my car back, it still needed an oil change. They didn’t even take care of all the maintenance that it needed. More
