Customer service was excellent. Thanks, Maria! However, I was charged a $250 "diagnostic fee" for two very basic services that most auto-shops would have done for much less. The $75 Thanks, Maria! However, I was charged a $250 "diagnostic fee" for two very basic services that most auto-shops would have done for much less. The $75 service fee turned into $575 for very basic repairs. Furthermore, the two basic repairs were for issues actually CAUSED by a different Kia Service Center. You'd think they would have some sort of policy for covering things like that... More
