We apologize for any miscommunication. Our policy is to accept a $500 deposit on a standard-order vehicle. However, your request is for a specialty vehicle that would be difficult to sell if you didn't buy it. Therefore, we require a premium deposit for this type of vehicle. What's the point in ordering a standard-order vehicle, when I can buy one of those anywhere? Whoever decided that a White XLT F250 was "odd-ball" aught to be fired. Y'all decided last minute that it was a "special order" vehicle to push me away and have Clint lose his sale that he worked hard far because your customer mentality is they'll keep coming and buying. Its West Tx and the dealerships in Midland and Odessa are even worse and Jim Bass knows this and operates with this culture. They don't do that in South Texas where there isn't an industry with deep pockets allowing companies like Jim Bass to take advantage of the hard working people that call this place home. So no i don't respect your policies that can be changed whenever you feel like it. And I feel bad for Clint or any other salesperson that busts his tail for y'all to turn away his return customers. JIM BASS IS A JOKE

The XLT truck you wanted was over $73,000 and had rubber mats (without carpet), which is more than most customers would be willing to pay. We asked for a less than 3% deposit to place the order. Mr. Rick, Unfortunately, when your vehicle was brought in for the recall on the blower motor the wiring had gotten so hot that it needed replacement. As you were told by our service manager, you should contact Ford Customer Assistance and ask for the manufacturer to pay for the replacement of your harness and whatever else is needed. We want to repair your vehicle, but Ford is denying the repair. If you would please make that phone call, there is a good possibility that Ford would pay for or assist in the cost of the repair. Once you make the call, the manufacturer will contact us, and we will ask them to pay for the repair as well. We are on your side, but our hands are tied! please make that call.... it might surprise you. Thank you
