My wife and I recently purchased our 2020 Ford F-150 at Jim Boss and it was an easy hassle free experience. No pressure sales, just courteous personal service. We picked out our vehicle before we arriv Jim Boss and it was an easy hassle free experience. No pressure sales, just courteous personal service. We picked out our vehicle before we arrived from out of town. When we arrived, the vehicle was parked in front and our salesman B was there to greet us, with keys in hand. After a short test drive, we sat down with B, gave him our offer and told him where we wanted to be from a price point to close the deal and he worked with us to get there. Once we settled on price, our finance manager, Chu went over the paperwork, explained the contract in detail and had us on our way. Minus a hiccup with my own pre-approved loan, which B, Sales Manager Aaron, and Chu helped work through, it was an enjoyable hassle free buying experience.
