I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Toyota Rav4 from Jim Bagan Toyota. This was the easiest car purchase I have ever done. Brad gave us a great deal. The entire staff where professional and outsta from Jim Bagan Toyota. This was the easiest car purchase I have ever done. Brad gave us a great deal. The entire staff where professional and outstanding. The shop foreman even took time to show me how the car was certified and checked over. Then he demonstrated how to use the numerous options on the car and made sure I was comfortable.. JJ was very through and detailed. He had everything ready and labeled to sign. Katelyn made sure my title was correct, mailed and followed up that it was received. I will definitely purchase a car from this dealership again. Thank you for a wonderful car buying experience. More

Above and beyond We were towed in at closing time and all the service team went above and beyond to get us up and running. Turns out the computer put our transmission We were towed in at closing time and all the service team went above and beyond to get us up and running. Turns out the computer put our transmission into limp mode due to air intake to catalytic converter. The master mechanic who I believe runs the parts department now really tried hard to get us up and running so we could drive home. I'm glad to say we made it home safe. Great team thanks again everyone. More
Dishonest and Overpriced Shopping for a car almost always sucks, but my experience at Cardinale was horrendous. Their Sales Manager, "Keyth" was overbearing and rude. He will Shopping for a car almost always sucks, but my experience at Cardinale was horrendous. Their Sales Manager, "Keyth" was overbearing and rude. He will inevitably try to bully you when you ask for anything that has been promised. You think someone in sales would have a better rapport with people and be better at understanding how to work with customers. Sheesh. These guys act like they are doing you a favor when they try to sell you a car from their tiny inventory that could be purchased 60 miles in either direction for thousands of dollars less. I would't buy a car from them for the simple fact that with internet pricing and direct to consumer models, these guys won't be in business in the next 5 years and you will be driving down to Carson or Sac to have your car serviced anyways. Their bone headed approach to working with customers proves they don't have any awareness and aren't likely to stand behind any of their products. More
Beware CardinaleWay- Petty Greed, Dealer $$Pack Rip-Off Worked with Robert Klemer on buying a hard-to-get 2017 4Runner TRD Pro, who blames everything negative on the "Sales Manager" taking no responsibility Worked with Robert Klemer on buying a hard-to-get 2017 4Runner TRD Pro, who blames everything negative on the "Sales Manager" taking no responsibility for carrying management directives through and nonchalantly delivering them (good soldier, right?). Classic Car Dealer Management & Employee collusion to, without conscience, fleece the public. So here is the story boiled down to the fundamentals. I understand supply and demand and I believe in it. Businesses need to make money, but should do so, in an honest and forthright manner. The vehicle, 2017 4Runner TRD PRO is rare, there are far fewer than there is demand for so it makes sense that the high bidder (above sticker price) should score the vehicle and it is fair that a Dealer take advantage of such profit opportunity; but where does it end? In the case of CardinaleWay Toyota it doesn't end, in fact it continues abusingly so, ever-so-petty and outrageously insulting. With a Dealer $$Pack (to be negotiated) of $3 - $5,000.00 over sticker price, Robert Klemer communicated to me that there would be two non-negotiable extras to be added; this is it, the straw that breaks the camel's back, defining CardinaleWay Toyota’s petty greed: Robert Klemer, "Of course, as a condition of sale, you must buy the Exterior/Interior Paint Protection package @ $799.00 and the Nitrogen Tire Inflation package @ $300.00". LOL, the Exterior Protection package amounts to a wax job, the Interior Protection amounts to a Scotch Gard type treatment which might offers no benefit on this vehicle’s leather-like vinyl upholstery that Scotch Gard won’t permeate, reliably “coat” or add protection to. These are Dealer created $$Pack items for money grabbing. If you doubt it, consider the Coup de Gras of this CardinaleWay Toyota Rip-Off: the Nitrogen Tire Inflation package @ $300.00. LOL again, with a few tears, if you actually succumb to Mr. Klemer's skillful and subtly elegant sales overture(s). Tire Dealers across the West charge around $8.00 per tire for nitrogen inflation instead of regular air inflation and in the case of Big O Tires, all future inflation checks and re-inflation to prescribed pressures are free. Costco includes it for free with their tire sales. I shared these facts with Mr. Klemer and he replied, "Well... we could give you free refills too"... Realize, that he knows, that I live over an hour and a half away; to offer free refills that I would need drive three – four hours round trip for is an Extreme BLUNT insult and a clear indication that the empathetic facade that Mr. Klemer projects is phony. During one of the telephone conversations Mr. Klemer and I had pursuant to our consummating a deal, he said to me, "I sleep well at night", conveying that he treats his customers fairly, honestly, transparently and commits no misdeeds. Disgustingly, at nearly Ten Times the going price, $8.00 per tire X 4 = $32.00, CardinaleWay Toyota’s duress, condition of sale price is $300.00. Mr. Klemer went on to justify the price by stating that "all" the Dealerships are "doing it"... An evident lie, as I called around and “all the Dealerships” are not “doing it”. Shop it on your own. The fact that CardinaleWay Toyota promotes such Rip-off Packages, let alone, in this case making purchasing them a condition of sale is deplorable. Evaluate it on your own, does $1,000.00 (xx “Paint” & Nitrogen Tire Inflation Package) make a difference in the big picture? Does honesty and fair pricing make a difference? With the glaring rip-off objective that this exemplifies, where and how pervasively does dishonesty permeate a CardinaleWay Toyota transaction and relationship? Beware the CardinaleWay Toyota $$Dealer Pack, realize their outrageous over charge practices. Consider looking elsewhere, there are many Toyota Dealerships in the Northern California/Nevada region. As much as I like and believe in Toyota as a quality automobile manufacturer, I feel that Corporate Toyota's sanctioning of such practice- by allowing their Dealer representatives to mistreat Toyota buyers as such, is a black mark against the great reputation Toyota Motor Corporation has built. Not enough to keep me from buying one at this point, but Toyota has me wondering... Final note, I considered sending this synopsis to The Cardinale Automotive Group for possible resolution before posting it on the various Review Sites. I found: http://www.cardinaleway.com Nowhere on the site is there any contact information- email, telephone or address. These people do not Want or CARE to hear from you. After expressing my dismay described herein via telephone and email to Mr. Klemer and the CardinaleWay Management, I would have considered not posting this review if they would have acknowledged such specifically and apologized coherently and directly instead side-stepping each of my clear and accurate assertions; they did not. Looking for a tundra So I was looking for a used Tundra. I had a budget of around 25k. I received a phone call from Jesse stating they had two used trucks. She emailed me So I was looking for a used Tundra. I had a budget of around 25k. I received a phone call from Jesse stating they had two used trucks. She emailed me the details and pictures. When we got to dealership, she was vague and evasive and then she disappeared. Sales manager tried defender her and basically said I was lying. I showed him her email. His answer was offering me a leased vehicle. Really? I went to Carson City Toyota, found what I wanted and it was a great deal. Don't shop Cardinale Toyota! More

They promised to give me a ride home when they bought me up there. "Don't worry don't worry you'll either drive home in a brand new car or will get you home not to worry" Things sure to change when I didn't buy one of their cars. I was left stranded at the casino with less than enough money to take the local shuttle home. That was the worst customer service I've ever had in my entire life. Their review should be negative five (-5). More
