Easy and Convent to Service Your Kia ... I Cant understand what all the beefs are about... as I read about Hudson Kia Service Dept Here On Dealer Raider... I Can only guess . That when I Cant understand what all the beefs are about... as I read about Hudson Kia Service Dept Here On Dealer Raider... I Can only guess . That when you dont get your own way when your not intitle it .. The first Thing to do is blame the service dept.. So if i damage my bumper and dont want to pay for it I can blame Hudson Kia and they will fix it for free .. Or Buy A 150,000 mile car its going to be trouble free .. Guess not My Friends .. life Doesent work like that... just had my car serviced 2017 Kia Cadenza ... I Emailed Service on Friday passed for there next avable service appointment.. within 10mins I Recived A Email from Ashley at Hudson Kia Service asking when Will it be Most Connivence for me to bring it in .. I asked Some day week will be ok for me.. Ashley asked if she could get back to me do to the fact I needed a Third Party to complete my issue she contact that person and get back to me .. Ofcause my answer was ofcause do whats neeted .. With in 20 Mins I recived a email from Asking is this Monday at 9:30AM ok for me . my reply was thats Fantasist I asked if I could wait and she said yes that they have a Customer Service Waiting room Tv Coffee wifi and more for me to wait ... great see you on monday .. What makes this all the better is I was in and out of service with in two hours .. Now Thats Service .. Who could ask for more .. Im sure every one can't have it like that but its good to know its Exists .. Thank You all Again. George C. More

Sold me a lemon and lyer This guys totally sold me a lemon, didn't listen to me at all, only explained what he wants to say, didn't explain about what i wanted. I had the bad idea to give him my trust and he abused me by selling me that lemon I'm stuck with. I only wanted a 3 years loans, turns out that it is a 6 yeas loans, you should get a time alone with the contract to read it by yourself cause he s going to hide you the important information. I'm only legal in the us for 4 years, do you really think i would have signed a 6 years loans? You shouldn't trust him at all if you want a piece of mind that I won't have anymore because of him. My car regularly goes back to their service, they sent it to ford to be fixed, and apparently it never gets fixed, turns out there's always the same issue. I appreciate the effort of the service center however the car is clearly and legally a lemon. The sells department should have never sold us this car. They should have tried to fixed the situation the 3rd time we went there, and now we're on the 4th with no word on how they plan to rectify the situation that they put me in. So disappointed, from my experience STAY AWAY from this seller. More
