«I regret I sold you a car» Bought a used car, the next day, yes the Next DAY, there was a problem. Long story short it took them more then 3 months to fixed it. After they fixed it, they told me to change my review since its fixed, basically asking me to lie! The problem happened it existed, they made bad decisions and did very little to rectify the situation at all, what happened happened, just assume responsibility for it. Then, the entire stereo system had an issue,they didn't see the problem, 6 months later, my stereo system stopped and there was a huge amount of sporadic noise in my car from the sound system, constantly even when the system was off making the car undriveable! Brought the car, again, to be fixed, Marco answered me « you bought a used car, what did you expect» that was unexpected from a dealership but I guess I know what he thinks now...well I expect a car that I can use the next day I bought it, I don't expect a great sound system but at least one that works correctly or at least doesn't emit a blaring sound as you drive down the road, I expect that when I say there is an issue, my dealer will trust me. It's only be 7 months that I have had the car. He ended the conversation by a «I regret I sold you a car» before hang up. The epitome of unprofessionalism! They told me when I bought the car, you are protected by the lemon law...never talk to me about that after...Turns out that reading the lemon law, I have a privilege to have one, so I know what to do next now cause I definitely have a case. People who want to buy a car from here, know that you are alone on that situation, Nobody is here to help you after you sign the papers. Don't expect anything from this dealer ship. Talk badly on the phone when they pick up, barely if ever call back when they say they will...nothing good happened to me with this car and with hudson Kia starting the next day I bought the car. Worst decision of my life but when people lie to you you can only make bad decisions. You've been warned. More
