The transaction was smooth sailing from that point on and after a short wait Kris handed us off to Calib, to finish the finance documents and complete the sale. All in all I felt very satisfied with the service I received at Jerry's. I was kept informed of everything that was happening at every step in the process. I went in initially to take a look at the last Evo X SE on the lot. Having come directly from another dealership that didn't even have the car, I was perfectly happy to walk if the service was not acceptab on the lot.
