Decent price on the vehicle, dealership was apparently undermanned. Was provided a car fax report to sign for from another car. I noticed it and asked, and issue was finally resolved. Was told the out the door price did not change so I shouldn't worry about it. No one was available to explain features of vehicle to me. Was told to come back when the guy returned from vacation. Luckily, I had done my homework and already knew what I wanted. Overall experience from this and all Chevy dealerships has drastically declined in the last couple of years. After the sale was hounded by random salesman about activated features on a app that I wasn't shown or asked about. Phone wasn't even set up for me like previous times. Was left to set in parking lot afterwards and figure it out myself. Car wasn't properly detailed and had to be vacuumed out when I got home. More
