Had a pleasant experience buying a new truck. I was upfront on what I wanted (which was very specific) and I didn't feel pressured or pushed to look at other trucks. In June 2022 I purchased my 2016 Corvette Z51 2LT from Jerrys Chevy and I honestly had a great experience! I've purchased a lot of vehicles in my life, and I would have to say this was one of the quickest Jerrys Chevy and I honestly had a great experience! I've purchased a lot of vehicles in my life, and I would have to say this was one of the quickest, easiest and most enjoyable purchases I've had (not very common I know). Jennifer was really a pleasure to work with - she was a great conversationalist, knowledgeable about the car and it's history (which is very important for me... I don't work with salespeople who don't know the ins and outs of the vehicle), and just an overall pleasure to work with. It's because of her that I will likely being making the 30 minute trek out to Jerrys to service my car instead of the Chevy dealership right near my home. Moe, the sales manager, rounded off the team and was one of the most honest and straightforward sales managers I've come across. These two made a great team and made the process quite pleasant compared to the other 2 dealerships I had visited. Jennifer has even checked in with me a few times in the past month to see how I'm liking my new car, letting me know I can reach out with any questions and sending me additional information... that's excellent service even after the sale, also not very common for the industry. I would highly recommend buying a Chevy or other pre-owned vehicle at Jerry's with Jennifer and Moe. If I'm in the market again, Jennifer Imthurn will be the first person I reach out to! Thank you both for a pleasurable experience and I hope I can buy the C8 Corvette from you guys soon too! :) More
Every person we worked with from beginning to end were all about customer satisfaction. We were hesitant about traveling 5+ hours out of state to work with a dealership we had no experience with. They made it seamless and treated us like returning customers. Israel (our Sales rep) was extremely responsive & professional, Cam (GM) was knowledgeable, came in on his day off & worked with us to meet all our needs, Jose (Finance Mgr) processed all aspects of the contract & financing effortlessly & Mike (Tech) prepped the vehicle & had great attention to detail. No integrity! In email discussions for 2 two days with very close to deal. As close as could be to signing- Long distance transaction, 366 miles, Very last minute as we are ready for final negotiations very close to deal. I wrote the GM of my experience with no reply. Not a credible dealership More

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE!! Unscrupulous, irresponsible and disrespectful dealership. I traded in my Grand Cherokee for a Raptor they had on their lot and it has been more than a headache irresponsible and disrespectful dealership. I opted to finance through Jerry’s Chevrolet’s variety of banks and once approved, I provided all necessary documents. 2 weeks go by and they call me to tell me they need more information. THEY ALREADY SOLD MY TRADE IN AND TRIED TO TRAP ME. I provided even more information and all they did was PLAY GAMES AND MAKE ME JUMP THROUGH HOOPS. I ended up using my credit union instead and was APPROVED AND PROVIDED A CHECK IN 5 minutes. Whereas it took them WEEKS!!!!! OVER A MONTH later I checked to see if my grand Cherokee had been paid off yet and sure enough they HADNT EVEN PAID OFF MY TRADE IN EVEN THOUGH THEY ALREADY SOLD IT!!!! Absolutely horrendous situation that could’ve drastically effected my credit if it wasn’t caught. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION, NO ETHICS, LIARS. I can’t believe they’re still in business!!!! Will be calling the better business bureau as well as all the dealer boards. If it effects my credit I will certainly be getting my attorney involved. More
I took my car to this service center, initially almost six months ago. I was told I needed a part that was not available because GM was on strike. I called back 4-5 times and finally confirmed they had th six months ago. I was told I needed a part that was not available because GM was on strike. While my car was there for service for ONE SPECIFIC SERVICE, the technician decided to "tinker" with things I had not authorized. The customer service rep called me to tell me all the things that the technician was finding while doing things I had not authorized for him to do. In addition, I later find out they don't even have all the parts to complete the repair I authorized them to do. I will never buy another GM car, I can guarantee you this. I am planning to get rid of this car due to all of these problems and Jerry's would never be option for purchase of another vehicle. If you are looking for service or to buy a car do not go here. Stay away...you have been warned! More
Absolutely THE WORST! Took over three WEEKS to deliver my new Camaro. NEVER return calls or emails. Bought new Camaro on 3/13/2020. Traded in my 2018 Silverado Rocky Ridge Took over three WEEKS to deliver my new Camaro. NEVER return calls or emails. Bought new Camaro on 3/13/2020. Traded in my 2018 Silverado Rocky Ridge same day. STILL have not made the pay off to my bank! And, I have had to make a payment on a truck I haven't owned in over a month! It is now 4/15/2020. WILL NOT RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS! STAY AWAY! More
Painful experience. Poor customer service and lack of communication between sales and the service department. Also, good luck if you have to finance the car!
