While waiting for a dealership in Pittsburgh to call me back (which never happened by the way), I thought I'd stop by Jerry's given I live in Leesburg, and I always like to support the local economy. I'm glad I did. Every person I interacted with - Pat, Jim, Maribeth and Tim - was professional, pleasant, friendly, respectful, knowledgable and down-to earth. They worked a very difficult dealer trade to get me the truck I really wanted at what I would say is a very fair price. They also gave me very reasonable offer on a trade-in, which I accepted. The entire experience was enjoyable. Pat, the sales rep, stayed late that day, missing a personal commitment of his own, to drive me to a personal appointment I had - because my wife had to leave the dealership early. Jerry's Chevrolet was extremely helpful in getting me out of a very tough situation. We were in between a rock, a hard place, & some very uncomfortable sand! With Jerry's Chevrolet, we were able to move some negative equity from a previous car into a new 2014 Chevrolet Malibu LT, and it turned out to be a great experience. Overall I was extremely impressed with the facility. All the employees were helpful & friendly, and even set up transportation for us to their facility from the D.C. area. She quickly found a vehicle that we qualified for. I was pleasantly suprised by the friendliness of all the staff. Bill Smith was great and I felt I could really trust him. Greg Stewart was wonderful, very friendly and helped us find a bank. Everything happened so smoothly and quickly, I was shocked. I noticed the car needed an alignment while test driving and they were happy to fix it for me at no cost to me and even paid for my rental vehicle until it was fixed (there were delays due to the bad weather). Kelly Miller was beyond wonderful, making sure we were satisfied with everything. It is the best experience we have ever had.
