Service department cant seem to communicate pro-actively well with customer. I find myself calling frequently for updates on my vehicle. Did not receive work order receipt, only charge receipt and I have c well with customer. I find myself calling frequently for updates on my vehicle. Also - Not sure why warranty adjuster has to see issue to approve warranty service, when service manager saw the problem and verified the issue. More
Not sure where to begin. The service is absolutely the worst experience ever. It's almost like they do not know how to fix Jeeps, which is strange because they are a Jeep Dea The service is absolutely the worst experience ever. It's almost like they do not know how to fix Jeeps, which is strange because they are a Jeep Dealer. Simple items such as Alignment & Rotation took 3 weeks to complete. The Jeep actually came back dirtier than when i gave it to them and all of the caps were missing from the rims with no explanation as to where they went. I understand things happen but this is next level " We just don't care about the customer" type of service. When I ask friends and family about their experience it seems to be the same level of dysfunction. At this point i would recommend another Jeep / Ram service department because this one is way too busy and they just don't give a damm. More
They wanted to replace my PCM. ..wasn't the problem. Plus quoted to replace all spark plugs and coils which were just replaced.. said I had all kinds of leaks, also false. It was a ground wire, which our mechanic told us to tell them to check first. We went somewhere else and confirmed it was just a ground wire, spark plugs were good and no leaks. My repair was $200. Plus we made an appointment for 10 am on a Friday and they didn't even look at the vehicle until Tuesday! More
