Service Advisor was great, the team as a whole needs work Jeremy went above and beyond to make sure my car was in and out. If i need my car serviced again, I’ll cerysinly request and recommend him Although, it took about 10 minutes of arguing between fellow advisors on who exactly would bring me back. It took about 10 minutes to get from the dealership to my job, so it wasn’t far. I understand there’s a shift happening with Morgan auto group; but that’s no excuse to try and pawn me off while I’m standing there. If something needs to be done, just do it. It’s that simple. They spent more time going back and forth than it took to take me back to work. More
