Customer Focused Team I drove into Jerry Ulm service dept. right before closing time on a Saturday afternoon with a nail in my tire. I thought for sure the best I could get I drove into Jerry Ulm service dept. right before closing time on a Saturday afternoon with a nail in my tire. I thought for sure the best I could get was help swapping the spare onto the car. Not So! I drove out less than an hour later with a fully repaired tire and thanks to the road hazard I had on my Durango's tires it didn't cost a penny. One again Jerry Ulm Srvice department proves that their customer is the focus of their business. Tge Service guys are why I keep coming back to Jerry Ulm Dodge when shopping for a car. Hats off guys!! More

Service Advisor was great, the team as a whole needs work Jeremy went above and beyond to make sure my car was in and out. He even drove me back to work himself when I needed to return ASAP and the courtesy d Jeremy went above and beyond to make sure my car was in and out. If i need my car serviced again, I’ll cerysinly request and recommend him Although, it took about 10 minutes of arguing between fellow advisors on who exactly would bring me back. It took about 10 minutes to get from the dealership to my job, so it wasn’t far. I understand there’s a shift happening with Morgan auto group; but that’s no excuse to try and pawn me off while I’m standing there. If something needs to be done, just do it. It’s that simple. They spent more time going back and forth than it took to take me back to work. More
