Thankful for service rep Tracy! I had an issue with my door panels and I contacted the service department and reached Tracy Korfias. She had me come in that same day and took picture I had an issue with my door panels and I contacted the service department and reached Tracy Korfias. She had me come in that same day and took pictures and said she would reach out to Chrysler. Within a week she called to say the new door panels were in and two days later, on a Saturday, they installed them. They finished earlier than expected. Tracy kept in contact via text through the whole process. I am extremely pleased with the service I received. Thank you Jerry Ulm Dodge service department and a special thanks to Tracy. More

The bumpers all faded turned White when they were black at purchase. Charged almost 200.00 for a diagnostic check then said the part wasn't covered. Just please be aware of this dealership. They will treat you Nice while purchasing, however If anything needs repairs you are "SOL" More
Dropped off night before for first appt I dropped my car off Thursday night for a 7am appointment Friday. Needed my car by noon, as my recall part shouldn’t take 5 hours, but when I called m I dropped my car off Thursday night for a 7am appointment Friday. Needed my car by noon, as my recall part shouldn’t take 5 hours, but when I called my car wasn’t getting worked on until 9:30. The reason was that other people walked in and apparently that took priority rather than my first morning scheduled appointment. Because of that I couldn’t pick up my car before noon and had to get another car for the day. Overall I wasn’t happy how this was handled. More

Typically Good! Went to dealership for an alternator change. Did not have an appointment. Jeep died as I was pulling it in. Shop said they could have it done the foll Went to dealership for an alternator change. Did not have an appointment. Jeep died as I was pulling it in. Shop said they could have it done the following morning. Keep in mind this is an hour fix. I was told to consider changing belt at the same time and agreed. Consultant told me mine was bad. Showed up next day around five o’clock and Jeep was not ready and was not going to be ready til the following day. Again, an hour fix. Service manager assured me it would be finished first thing the next morning. Showed up at 3 o’clock following day and Jeep was still not ready. I complained again, and was told because I didn’t have an appointment was cause for delay. Could have told me that on day 1. Jeep finally ready around 5 PM but was told that Jeep needed a belt tensioner because new belt was skipping. Quote for new tensioner was just shy of $400 installed. Lucky for me it was covered under my Unlimited Powertrain Warranty. They fixed it in less than 15 minutes but yet the part was $200 and $200 for labor because it calls for 1.8 hours of labor. Doesn’t add up. After all was said and done they said that the new belt was skipping, but now there is a new belt and a new tensioner and still skipping. They said there was nothing wrong with the old belt and it would be fine. The consultant iniatially told me the belt was bad hence the reason why we changed it. Communication was poor. I felt like they were selling me a bunch of goods and were not honest with me from the word go. Usually this dealership parts the seas for me when I come in for service for this has been my shop of choice when servicing my Jeep. I’m a little apprehensive now moving forward. More
