I bought my 2016 Dodge 2500 power wagon from Jerry ulm Dealership and I payed extra for the five year unlimited mile warranty, the motor blew up. They replaced the motor with a remanufactured motor. over time, they miss routed. The main wiring Harness is where it was rubbing on the steering shaft and over time rubbed through and shorted out other major electrical components. They spiced the main wine harness back together. And I asked them to replace it because it was mechanics error when it was routed wrong. They refuse to do that, but did replace some other electrical components also, my truck was in a collision where a lady backed into me. They had my truck for almost a year and they're collision center. Which is taking away are you of my newly rebuilt engine warranty,I Had A Meeting with the managing partner and owner Jose Falcon "known as "Joey " today he refused. To replace the wiring harness and also refuse to try to get my warranty extended for the loss of 1 year on my newly. Rebuilt motor that I lost time on., his response was we're not going to touch your truck anymore or fix anything. I still have 40000 mile warranty on the motor that they installed. I also have uncompleted work at their collision center that was not completed properly. I found this unacceptable. For a boss a owner and managing partner to refuse to do anymore. Work on my vehicle even though it's still under warranty. I am a disabled person and leave my transportation to get to my doctors. I am very much disappointed and found this reasoning unacceptable for him to tell me that, i would be very cautious when dealing with this dealership and any repairs that they make as it seems to service technicians. Make a lot of mistakes and damage more parts than they fixed More

Getting your car serviced can feel especially challenging when you’re a woman, because too often providers assume you don’t understand what’s under the hood and talk down to you or push unnecessary repairs you don't need. Matt communicates clearly and his integrity makes getting your car serviced not just painless, but genuinely reassuring. More

I believe he is now Fleet Service Manager, however I still call him for any service needs. Brian is the most honest and trustworthy service person I have ever worked with. He was also a great help to me in buying a car from the dealership. I have moved out of state but return for visits and will go out of my way to schedule service on one of my cars while in town. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience this Dealership. I bought a used 2017 Ram ProMaster Cargo Van on February 11, 2023. I was assured that the engine would be replaced with a brand-new one a Dealership. I bought a used 2017 Ram ProMaster Cargo Van on February 11, 2023. I was assured that the engine would be replaced with a brand-new one and i would have a 100,000-mile / 5-year warranty. However, it turned out that only the engine block was replaced, not the entire engine as promised. After the purchase I've faced several issues. On April 4, 2023, I returned the van due to AC problems, and the engine being on. The service department blamed rodent damage, which seemed unlikely. I had to return on April 10, 2023, for a malfunctioning brake light. Despite multiple attempts, the engine light remained on, and the van’s critical role in my business prevented me from leaving it in service for 2-3 weeks. By October 2, 2023, new problems emerged: a ticking sound when locking and unlocking doors, intermittent AC issues, and water seeping into the back door. The check engine light still on. On June 11, 2024, the engine light still on and the van started losing power while driving. The vehicle was in service for a month without being provided a loner car. When I picked up the van on July 6, 2024, I found it still had issues: the AC blew hot air, and the passenger door wouldn’t close properly. The van has been in service for nearly 40 days, significantly disrupting my business. My frustration peaked when I sought assistance from the finance department. On July 6, 2024, I tried to speak with a finance manager but was redirected by a salesperson who admitted he was sent to divert me. I was told to return the next day at 10 a.m. when it would be less busy. On July 7, 2024, I waited while the finance department joked loudly in their offices. When a finance manager(Steven) finally called for me, he barely listened and asked for my phone number before walking out to socialize. When he returned with another finance manager, I tried to explain my issues but was interrupted and offered an upgrade instead of a resolution. I was then walked to the service manager because of the repair delay. He confirmed only the engine block had been replaced and promised to address the AC issue. I returned to the finance department and requested a copy of my contract. I explained that the flash drive I was given when I signed the contract appeared as “corrupted.” I requested a copy of the full contract for my records and to review what I had signed. Steven printed out three pages and handed them to me. When I asked for a copy of everything I had signed, he insisted that the other pages were not important and began going through the contract line by line, as if I hadn’t understood him. I insisted on having a copy of all the documents I had signed, stating that if the additional pages were not important, then I wouldn’t have needed to sign them. He reiterated that those pages were not important and argued that he could not provide copies of those documents because they were over a year old. I asked whom I could contact to obtain copies of those documents, and he said I would need to return Monday through Friday before 3 p.m. He then continued to argue that he had already provided me with the contract, and I reiterated that I wanted the entire content of the flash drive. As I finished speaking, he stood up, walked to the door, and motioned for me to leave. On July 18, 2024 I returned to speak with the sales manager and I requested a copy of my contract, and to my surprise, the second manager I had spoken to on July 7, 2024, provided me with the full contract. This demonstrated that the Steven's refusal to provide the documents documents was simply due to his annoyance with me rather than any legitimate reason. This experience has been one of the worst I’ve encountered with customer service. I was essentially dismissed by a manager who displayed a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. The entire process at this dealership has been disappointing. If I could give Steven 0 stars I would. More
It looks like only 4 stars and above are being shown, meaning my rating will not make the cut. I've been purchasing vehicles from Jerry Ulm Dodge since early 90's. During those years, when owned by a meaning my rating will not make the cut. I've been purchasing vehicles from Jerry Ulm Dodge since early 90's. During those years, when owned by an Ulm family member; Sales, Service, parts/accessories was phenomenal! They seem to have lost that personal touch and are only concerned with lining their pockets. Their Sales Managers are clueless, do not negotiate or do not know how and once again could careless whether you've been a loyal customer and bought close to 10 vehicles over the past 25 years from that dealership. There service department is trash!! They dont know if they're coming or going! need parts for wife's Durango. Waited months for them to come in, so when they finally told us parts came in, we dropped off the car, only to get a call next day to tell us they cannot find the part or it did not come in. Is that an inconvenience or what! I could go on and on over the past couple of years on other war stories, but wont waste anymore of my time writing. maybe i'll go to 8 on your side so the word can get out there on their xx sales tactics, very poor service and lack of any loyalty for long time customers. i'm sure i'm not the only one who feels this way, but like i said, this review probably wont get noticed.
