Unfortunately, my experience with Jerry Ulm was not positive. I called them for pricing on a new vehicle, which they provided. I thanked them for the help but informed them I had found a comparable 202 positive. I called them for pricing on a new vehicle, which they provided. I thanked them for the help but informed them I had found a comparable 2025 truck that was used and therefore much less expensive. Kevin called me and made me an offer that basically matched the used vehicle's price. I went into the dealership the following day to purchase the vehicle. After getting me to the dealership Michael took over an started with the dishonest games. He refused to honor the price I was quoted the day before by Kevin. I decided to leave, only to have Michael call me 2 minutes later and agree to the price. After returning to the dealership I found out Michael didn't really agree to the numbers. He tried using the equity from my trade in to get to the sale cost of the new vehicle. I would highly advise anyone who's considering doing business with Jerry Ulm not to. More

This was one of the easiest new car buying experiences I’ve had in some time. Devonte was professional, very communicative throughout the process, and took his time to answer my questions and explain the I’ve had in some time. Disappointed that JU lost the 2nd key for the new Ram Longhorn. Malik arranged for 813 Key to come out with a new key. They had no Longhorn key but another Ram key fob that lacks the aero key. Hopeful Longhorn. Malik arranged for 813 Key to come out with a new key. They had no Longhorn key but another Ram key fob that lacks the aero key. Not the worst experience but not the best. When I had concerns about my 2023 truck, I was told the next day by Mike Shuman, the sales manager, that he would call me back and have the GSM call When I had concerns about my 2023 truck, I was told the next day by Mike Shuman, the sales manager, that he would call me back and have the GSM call me. I called about 10 times over a week period and was told “Mike said he will call you back” but he never did and I never heard from the GSM. They sold me a truck with no spare tire that i didn’t realize until after I got home, one key fob, no manual, not tie down hooks, a rear tire leak that I didnt know was leaking until the next day due to a faulty tire plug, the front tire had a huge plug as well. He said he would help me out and never Mike said he would followed through and of course over promised and undelivered like a typical sales guy who only cares about the sale and not the customer. When I bought the truck The finance manager who did my paperwork, Robert Gross was a jerk. I never complained directly about him but I was informed later that he no longer worked there 3 week later. Apparently I wasn’t the only one who thought he was terrible so I assume he was sent on his way. At least they fixed that issue. The only thing that salvaged my rating and view of Jerry Ulm was CJ. after 1.5 weeks of getting nothing from Mike I spoke with Nate in sales who got me connected with CJ who is the director of internet sales. CJ said he would call me back and actually did an hour later. He then delivered on his promise to get me some financial reimbursement to make things right and said customers matter. He called me 2 days later to confirm as he promised with a solution. When I hadn’t seen the check in the mail 3 days later, I texted his cell that he gave me and He texted me back 5 minutes later with an answer and the check actually arrived that day. He actually has people skills and showed professionalism and for that I appreciated his role in actually listening to the customer. That being said if you work with this dealership hopefully you deal with CJ and Nate who did a nice job in my book More
