So, I rated this business OVERALL--when I first came in, all fives!! By the time I was done, they received the ratings I gave today. They worked hard for my deal and they didn't really make much, if anythin all fives!! By the time I was done, they received the ratings I gave today. They worked hard for my deal and they didn't really make much, if anything. After purchasing new/better tires, replacing a seat that was broken, working on the front end and replacing the seat belt that stopped working when I came to pick it up, everything was great. I drove off the lot after paying $2500 down on a $6000 vehicle and ended up with $183 a month payments with a promise for a new interest rate (Reliable Credit) after a year of excellent payments--I made about 9-10 months of pre-paid and/or on-time payments every month. At about month 6, after sinking around another $1000 into replacing things on the vehicle and my balance being right at wholesale, I went back to the lot and begged them to let me trade this in on something else because of the constant mechanical issues. I know, I know--no warranty, used cars, etc. However, at that point in time, they COULD HAVE traded me out for something else and maybe even made some money--but they refused--quite rudely, I might add during that conversation. So, as I expected, another couple months later and another $1000 in repairs, the transmission went out--. I'm done at that point and the vehicle is given back to the loan company for fixing and auction. At one point I borrowed extra money on the vehicle from the loan company for repairs, which they did at Jennifer's. Paul, to his credit, gave me his discount so I paid little if nothing in labor for the repairs. Had they worked with me on this and let me trade this in when it was at wholesale price, I would have given a stellar report, as I did in the beginning. Not now, not ever. I was stuck with a lemon and now, a voluntary repo. Did I mention the check-engine light and ignition codes and the power-steering unit that needed refilling every 2 days? Horrible experience. More
