We called and arranged to bring the vehicle out and look at a different one. Michael (salesman) and Bill (sales manager) were awesome. They went out of their way to make us happy and get into a different vehicle. I commend them both on their customer service and their quest to satisfy us. Michael even came to our house (both times) to get my signatures, as I had recently had surgery and couldn't go out there. We have dealt with Jennifer's for many years, as have our son and many friends. They have always been more than fair to us. I recommend Jennifer's to buy a vehicle. They will treat you with respect and do what they can to make sure your purchase experience is a positive one. More

To make things even better the tires were xxxx and i had to replace them a month later. Then just recently i went to get a free oil change with a free oil change coupon and told them iv only put synthetics in it since iv had it (2 years). Well when they got done not only did i owe them $50 some how my brakes were squeeking and have never done this before. So i go back in and tell them and they look at me like im stupid and say sorry we didnt do it and there is bothing we can do. This place is stupid and cheat their customers. I would highly recommend going somewhere else if you need anything automotive. More

The problem with this process typically is the roll of the dice of who had it first and what condition is it in. Please know Jennifers prides themselves with having one one the best car buyers in the country who can find what you need for less than I could find from private sellers. They also have a vigorous inspection process which the car went through before the sales staff has access to it. In addition I was able to get a very affordable warranty for that additional piece of mind. The sales experience continues to this day with the way I am treated with every oil change visit ( first one was free! ). I will certainly return for any auto needs I may have and should you find yourself needing a vehicle or advice, I highly recommend starting your search at Jennifers! More

They trusted me, I trusted and bought from them! I thought I was going to have to buy a $6 car at 24% interest, with over 100K in Mileage. I thought my credit was still crap. They got me into an 08 D I thought I was going to have to buy a $6 car at 24% interest, with over 100K in Mileage. I thought my credit was still crap. They got me into an 08 Dodge Nitro with 56K miles for I think 2.5% with a real finance company (STCU). I was out of there in less then an hour. The Salesmen listened to my 4 needs and recommended the vehicle of my wife's wildest dreams. They even let me drive it off the lot by myself, with fresh gas to test it. This was the best car deal by far. Now if your going to buy used, you have to be smart and buy an extended Warranty, you never know. If you buy a car over 100K mileage, its a crap shoot. I have a as new vehicle, yes the end result was $20K, but I didn't want a new car depreciation, or the hassle of all that technology. Great Deal, thanks a lot! Oh they did replace a few bulbs with no haste. More

I went to another shop and they gave me a repair list even longer and end result $5000 later I called their manager and he said there was nothing they could do for me and now I have a car that doesn't run with 2 years left of payments. The night I took it off the lot I got on the freeway and it shook so bad. Took it back for them to say go to tire store. Fine spent 2 hrs a tire store. Two days later went out of town, one headlight out and one bright out., not happy driving on the freeway over 150 miles each way without proper lights. They happened to call my husband and said they needed the car back for diagnostic on the headlight. Why wasn't this done before it was placed on the lot to sell. So, I had to loose my brand new car for 4 days. Picked it up asked if both lights fixed. Yup! WRONG!! Bright light not replaced. Had to bring back the next day. Meanwhile they were supposedly working on getting the window guy to fix the rock chips in windshield. It's been three weeks and guess what, no chip repairs fixed yet after asking numerous times on the phone and in person. Finally got a number from them, ended up being the paint guy. Went back tonight, got another number. Hopefully its right. I left a message. I question whether the car is safe, was safety inspection performed, did they get repaired-apparently not. I WAS a return customer. After this ordeal, I won't go back. More
