While test driving a 2015 Ford Focus SE I really liked I mentioned the shudder I felt during shifting. The salesman said it was a "new design shifting system”. However, after a decent purchase experience on 01/27/2023, I learned that the shudder during shifting is actually a major transmission defect in 2012-2018 Ford Focus and Fiesta cars. Ford was slapped with a class action lawsuit over problems with dual-clutch automatic transmissions in these vehicles. I definitely felt mislead because I apparently naively trusted in Jennifer’s rating record. However, I was confident that given their seemingly good reputation for taking care of customers they would do everything possible to make this right. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case. After I contacted them management passed me off to the service department. I spoke with Buck about the issue then was referred to Corwin Ford to have the situation addressed. Corwin’s service department member was not a pleasant person and she told me I would first have to pay for the clutches to be replaced since Ford's extended warranty they created as a bandaid fix had expired a few days earlier. Imagine that. Only THEN would they consider honoring the Manufacturers Extended Warranty which would cover the replacing TCM. They were all about making the big bucks first. After Corwin Ford’s brush off I called and left a message with Jennifer’s on Feb 15th to see what we could do, almost a month later and still no return call. Needless to say my confidence in purchasing from this dealer again is nonexistent and I cannot in good faith recommend Jennifer’s to anyone. I am stuck with a lemon and am very disappointed. More

Sold me a lemon! This is the worst dealership ever! Don't buy here! We have had our Dodge Durango for 2.5 years from here and we have had to replace the radiator, wate This is the worst dealership ever! Don't buy here! We have had our Dodge Durango for 2.5 years from here and we have had to replace the radiator, water pump, engine (twice!), a window panel, and now our ac compressor is out. But our warranty (Jennifer's said it was a 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty which we still are under and qualify for) has paid out as much as they will pay and won't pay for the repair. Because of all the other huge repairs we have had to make! Jennifer's has sold us the worst lemon, has put our family in a terrible and financially awful position. This was a dishonest place to do business. Don't buy from here, they're crooks!!! More
Jennifer's Stands Behind The Cars They Sell Jennifer's Auto Sales stands behind the vehicles they sell. I purchased a car from Jennifer's Auto Sales in October 2018. In December 2018, an interna Jennifer's Auto Sales stands behind the vehicles they sell. I purchased a car from Jennifer's Auto Sales in October 2018. In December 2018, an internal engine bolt failed (broke) causing piston to valve contact and resulted in catastrophic engine failure. The extended warranty company refused to cover the engine replacement, citing some ambiguous language buried deep within the fine print of the extended warranty. I was looking at a situation where I had an undrivable car that I just paid $8K for, along with a (worthless) extended warranty that I paid another $3K for and potentially being on the hook for a $5K engine replacement bill. I was obviously outraged, angry and extremely frustrated by the situation and, as a result, was a very 'difficult' customer to deal with. Bill (the Operations/General Manager) reached out and contacted me. He was very professional and courteous, and offered to override the warranty company denial, and basically replace the engine at his expense. Jennifer's did the engine replacement in their shop. Their service manager was extremely friendly, professional and helpful, and communicated with me throughout the process. The replacement was completed very promptly and when I went to pick up my car, was very pleasantly surprised to find out that Bill had even waived the warranty deductible. So far so good, the car is running great. Integrity is in short supply in the world these days. It was very refreshing to do business with a company that stands behind what they sell and does the right thing. More
Fantastic, from the salesman to the service dept purchased a vehicle on 4/26/19 "as is" for our grandson. Tony was our salesman. About a week after we had it, we noticed an oil leak, Called Tony & purchased a vehicle on 4/26/19 "as is" for our grandson. Tony was our salesman. About a week after we had it, we noticed an oil leak, Called Tony & he said to bring it in to the service dept. To my surprise, they fixed it for no charge. About 3 weeks, later, it was leaking again. Called Tony & he said to bring it in. Again they fixed it for no cost. Have had no problems since. Jennifer's Auto could not have been nicer to deal with. The service dept was wonderful & our salesman. Tony, was one of the most helpful salesman I've had the pleasure to work with. I give them a 5 star rating! Daphne More
