My wife was buying a car from this place. She gave her consent and signed for them to do a hard inquiry on her credit so they did one. She has excellent car credit she got approved found issues. And discrepancies in the contract within 12 hours of signing plus asked him to put new tires on the car because The tires are not good. She confront them with her discrepancies. They said they weren’t going to fix anything change anything take it or leave it so within 24 hours of signing this contract she emailed them canceling the contract. She also called them on the phone and emailed them again Monday morning, she emailed them again canceling the contract spoke with the bank found out. They gave her a high interest rate even though she was qualified for a 7.4. She canceled the sale of the contract. They told her to come and pick up her deposit she went there then they told her they were gonna mail her the check , we went to another car dealer we were sitting there. She kept getting credit alerts on her phone. She got 11 hard inquiries on her credit from Ocala. Subaru stated on the credit report from the credit bureau five minutes later we find out the bank funded the money to them that morning , why is it the bank gave them the $35,000 why do they have to run the credit 11 times afterwards because they want to smear her credit because she chose not to buy a car because quite a few employees there are not one of the managers told her to get the f__k out of his store, I recommend you drive a little further to the villages or Gainesville, but do not stop here for this place is run by people that want to tell you it’s their way or the highway. I’m going to let my fingers do the walk-in notify anybody and everybody from the state of Florida will be going down to the states prosecutors office in the morning with my true facts my emails on my messages and the proof that Chase Bank sent us this evening stating what time they received the funds and it only takes a couple of pushes of a button to reverse it, but they are choosing to prolong it and drag it out because of their anger issues because she backed out of the car according to the state of Florida, she has every right to shame on them. Some car dealers seem to forget without customers they have no business. I’m going to keep posting my reviews on every single website and I’m going to take all the action necessary , shame on you guys for smear and somebody’s shame on you. We know somebody will be held accountable because there’s only one person in the dealership that can run somebody’s credit and those people will be held accountable. A rear wheel bearing went on my 2018 Forrester. I made an appointment, and I left the car for repair. It was all under warranty. The technician sent me a video of his work and the car was ready at the end of the day. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. So happy Jenkins took the dealership over. I went in for service they had a loaner vehicle waiting for me they had to order parts I was told 2 weeks out they had m everything about this place. Everything came back to my satisfaction and the complimentary car wash was a bonus. This was my 2nd service on my Subaru, one under the old dealership, first under the new. This servicecall made me feel valued and welcome whereas the last one (old dealership) made me feel rushed and underappreciated. Even though it is an hour and 15 minute drive one way, we will continue to get our Subaru serviced here! More
