I can’t say enough good things about the service department at Jenkins Subaru. Every visit has been smooth, efficient, and stress-free, which isn’t always easy to find at a dealership. Tony Kasper, the Service Manager, does an outstanding job leading the team. He’s knowledgeable, transparent, and truly goes the extra mile to make sure customers are well taken care of. It’s obvious he takes pride in providing excellent service. I also want to give a shoutout to Bre at the cashier desk. She is always kind, cheerful, and helpful, and she ends every visit on a positive note. It’s the little interactions like that that make a big difference. From start to finish, the entire service team is friendly, professional, and focused on making the customer experience a great one. Poor communication and poor customer service. They will cheat you out of money and waste your time telling you to come in after telling them the whole this and they said come in can’t do it after they had what we wanted to do in first place. Chis was the manager with the poor communication with information all he had to do on phone was can’t do that but wasted my time instead.
