Bought my 2nd Sonata from this dealership The cost for repair for a Thermostat for my 2019 Sonata was way too high as was the diagnosis. Turned to Carl Gregg and his lovely wife for a replacement. Good to see Hyundai will do Free Maintenance for 3 years / 36,000 miles on my new 2024 Sonata. Patrick did only what he had to do and was not helpful beyond that. The Service Department seems disjointed and not as people friendly as the Hyundai Service Department in Leesburg. When I had a Camry, Toyota across the way from you actually had the mechanic who worked on my car come and explain things to me. A nice touch. I hope the Service Department gets better and less expensive. See Y'all for my first Free Maintenance. More

My wife and I were a bit disappointed in that our sales person did not know the Nappa leather option was not on the 2.5 GV80, even with the top of the line packages.
