I had an issue with 2 of the Michelin tires that came on the car they were pitting and splitting after 37000 miles the warranty was for 50000 miles Acura sent in the complaint to their tire guy and a satisf the car they were pitting and splitting after 37000 miles the warranty was for 50000 miles Acura sent in the complaint to their tire guy and a satisfactory offer of compensation was made.Because of the reasonable compensation offered I decided to purchase 2 additional tires and have 4 new tires installed.Matt Smith handled all the details and my car was serviced and finished in less time than I expected and a discount coupon was offered at the restaurant across the street.I was completely satisfied with the way this was resolved. When dropping my vehicle off after hours there were no drop-off envelopes. I had to purchase an envelope to put my keys in and leave my vehicle and contact information on. When I called on August 23rd to inform the Jeffrey Auto Group Body Shop that I would be dropping my car off for repairs after inquiring about a loaner vehicle if necessary I was told that one should be available when I returned from my vacation 7 days later. My car was dropped off on Sunday, August 25th. Not hearing anything about the damages and how long it would take to repair, I called the Shop on Tuesday, August 27th to find out the status of my vehicle. I was informed by Jeffrey Emmons that there was over $4,000 in damages, the parts had been ordered and that it would take at least two weeks to repair my car. Then I once again inquired about the availability of a loaner car. Mr. Emmons made rude comments regarding not having car rental coverage through my insurance (similar to the lecture he gave my wife a couple weeks prior when getting work done on her 2009 Nissan Murano which cause her to take her vehicle to another Body Shop) and told me there was a waiting list, my name was not on the list, and there were six people ahead of me. Suppressing my frustration, I ask when a loan car would be available. He said early next week. Well, it is now Friday September 6th, the end of the next week, and I still do not have a loaner car and my vehicle is still in the shop. My family and I have been faithful customers of both Jeffrey Auto Group sales and service over the past five years. The last couple of months of bad service have tainted my other excellence view of Jeffrey Service. As a result of this last service experience I, my wife and parents (who own 2003 TL and 2008 MDX) will no longer get our vehicles serviced by nor make future purchases from the Jeffrey Auto Group. I had brought the vehicle in because my brakes were so low. After spending three hours at the dealership while they did an oil change and worked on my brakes, they don't feel any different than they did low. So I don't know or understand what they were doing all that time cause it did not fix the problem I brought it in for. It still feels like I am not able to stop on a dime. I was disappointed on my ride home thinking the brakes would feel nice and tight, but they don't. I would think after 400.00 later I would at least feel a slight difference. The staff there are awesome and very professional. So yes, I would still recommend your dealership. Thank you for allowing me to vent. Gail Kirk More
