Great feeling Driving up for service I am always greeted by a smile from Lamar and a sincere feeling that he truly is happy to see you. Then Matt is just awesome! He's busy but he takes time and slows down if you need to understand something or have more questions. He has been honest since day 1 and guides you for service in the future as well. So you know what to expect. He goes out of his way and always smiling and I love when a staff actually jokes back with you. I don't feel as if it's "Thank you. See us again" and OUT the door. It's actually fun and very friendly. Aaron got me started with the appointment. He treats me like he has known me forever and gets everything that I need situated. Between him and Matt I can call about the silliest things and they help me out and explain everything. The loaner they gave me was very strategic (newest RDX)....I commend them and Acura for that. Making me drive it of course...my first phone call was to my husband on what I want for Christmas...LOL. Your newest model is AMAZING and it really puts the seed in our hearts to stay with Acura and Acura Family and hopefully I will be driving the new one in the near future. Good planning it's love at first sight. Beautiful job on the design! It drives super nice too! And Tom Mitchell just ROCKS! As for Service I trust Mark and the crew.
