Having visited the dealership in January and Tim keeping in touch made it that easy to deal. I am so overwhelmed by how well I was treated! I have never experienced anything like it! I was treated courteously, consideratly and patiently. Tom and all the staff made me feel like I was special. I know it sounds corny but that"s the way it was for me. Wow they took care of everything! My husband Freddy and my 17 yr old granddaughter were impressed also. They helped to keep me relaxed even when I didn't know what I wanted to do. He never once seemed or acted a little anxious with me or anything. The customer service ability that he exibited toward me was awesome! I was able to quickly schedule a service appointment with Zach. Russell has almost always been my contact person and he does a great job and I'm amazed at how well he remembers me. The waiting area is pleasant with both magazines and a tv. It also has very comfortable chairs, which helps when it's a 3 hour wait. I went to see Tom at Jeff Wyler Toyota for my first new car purchase. He made me feel so at ease and confident in the vehicle I was purchasing. I felt I was being treated genuinely and like family. We all know the "car salesman" cliche, I honestly feel that I did not experience that at all. I couldn't imagine a better car buying experience, everything from the person who greeted me as I walked in, to the salesman, the manger all the way to the financial office. Salesperson seemed very nervous & inexperienced. Management was rude & condescending. We paid cash for a used vehicle ($10,000+), but were treated like we couldn't afford anything on the lot. Bought the vehicle at closing-time on a Saturday & agreed to bring it back on Monday for a couple of minor repairs and to be detailed. Salesperson did pick up the vehicle at our house, which was nice. However, when he returned the vehicle, he did not park it behind our house where it was when he picked it up. Instead he left it parked in front of the house with the driveway blocked. The repairs were complete, but the truck was a dirty mess & had not been detailed as promised. On that same day, we received an email from the salesperson asking if we were still interested in purchasing the vehicle we had inquired about - the same vehicle we had just purchased. We will never purchase from this dealer again, nor will we recommend this dealer to anyone we know. Overall - a terrible buying experience & equally unpleasant follow-up after the sale. More

I can share that tom tebault was most personable. i am most impressed because he came by AFTER i closed the deal to sinc my phone. perhaps what impressed me most was toms willingness to text and email me car data before my visit to wyler. that is a HUGE time saver and something not all car salesman want to do. NOW the proof for wyler toyota is in the future in maintenance. hopefully, they can earn my business for my next car. critt hunter More

I have taken my vehicle in for each recommended service levels and have always received the best of customer service (Green Tree Toyota a the time). Even when I ran into problems and brought it to their attention, the Service Managers fixed my issue without hesitation and to full satisfaction. It is good to see that a company empowers their Managers to make decisions based on individual customer needs or dissatisfaction. I want to specifically mention Rusty and Jason. Both of them are top notch and should be commended for the continued efforts to customer service and satisfaction! More
