Even though the dealer didn't have a wide selection available due to the recent earthquake and tsunami in Japan, they had just the car I wanted. A scratch on the front bumper was discovered while I was looking at the car. The next day when I called Tom to tell him I wanted the car, he informed me the scratch was already being taken care of. I can't tell any work was done on the car at all. Tom also introduced me to the Jason, the service manager, who offered very helpful information since I have never owned a hybrid before. AMAZING! I called reporting a rattle in the passenger door of my new Camry. Tom Tebault picked up my car, took it to Wyler's Service Dept, they repaired my problem, and Tom returned it. My first contact was by phone with 'Lance' who said that Tom Tebault would be helping me. When I arrived at the dealership, I was immediately impressed by how 'unlike' a typical car salesman Tom was (and L Tom Tebault would be helping me. I live across the river in Louisville, and had been 'turned off' by a couple of Louisville dealers. I got tired of hearing how 'great' they were, yet when I checked the customer reviews on-line and found 1 star out of a possible 5, I trusted my instincts and headed to southern Indiana. I had just received a mailer from Jeff Wyler Toyota which got my attention. During my 2 conversations by phone with Lance, he quickly determined what my needs were and from that point on, I was confident that we would stay on track, and we did. Tom took over and did a fabulous job -- never pushy -- at all -- just very accomodating. My previous experience at a well-known dealer in Louisville had been a nightmare and I was not looking forward to buying another car. At this point in time, leasing made more sense for me, and the process was clearly explained and I am confident that at the end of my lease period, I will have another good experience either with another lease or purchase -- hopefully Tom will still be there to work with me! I saw a RAV4 with the options I wanted on Jeff Wyler's website and thought it best to take a look at it though I had already been in contact with another dealership in Louisville. I have not bought a car in years and was dreading the whole experience from high pressure sales tactics to a long negotiation about the price. I met Scott and told him what I was interested in and he took me right out to the car. He never once tried to pressure me into something I didn't want. He answered all the questions I had with full authority so he really knew his stuff when it came to the RAV4. Then came time for price negotiations and I was blown away at my initial offer. At that point I was so happy with the whole experience I didn't bother going to the other dealers. Everyone I met there was very helpful and nice and I will defiantly be referring others to Jeff Wyler. More

I contacted Tom TeBault regarding a Highlander I saw on the internet and when I arrived later that day to test drive the vehicle that is when the ah moment began. I purchased the 2011 Highlander and Tom and his manager programed my cell phone to link up with my new vehicle, went over all the vehicles options again, and reconfirmed all the various levels of service that will continue. I will recommend Tom and Jeff Wyler's Toyota to everyone and will return for additional purchases in the future. AWESOME JOB!!! More
