Reliability, seating for 8, fuel economy, and ergonomics, and value for dollar were our defining requirements. After reading reviews and comparing vehicles on a variety of websites, we elected to test drive several minivans. The Toyota Sienna won hands down. Next, I researched car prices and car buying strategies to familiarize myself with expected tricks, gimmicks and subterfuge. However, contacting three different Toyota dealerships and comparing prices soon convinced me that all were willing to meet a very similar bottom line. One visit to Jeff Wyler Toyota convinced me that I had found my dealership. Mr. Tom Tebualt guided me and my family through a tour of the Sienna, acquainting us with all the features and characteristics of this vehicle. Tom presented us with the best offer of any dealership in the area, beating the others by about $200 and well under the national and local average. An easy and hassle free transaction was completed in another hour and we left with our brand new Sienna convinced that Jeff Wyler Toyota and Mr. Tebault in particular had taken good care of us. Tom was great! We're pretty skeptical people, wary of, well, pretty much anything. We expected the worst but really did get the best. Tom made it painless, got us a great deal (none of the dealerships in Lexington/Frankfort could compete), and he managed to source the exact vehicle we wanted. We were looking for a specific config & color and there wasn't one within 200 miles...but Tom delivered. I can tell you the dealership hardly made any money on this deal, but Tom was still eager to get it done and really bent over backward to help us. No surprises at sign-papers time, either. It really was a pleasant surprise not to be surprised, if you know what I mean. No gotchas. Just a really good experience. We'll definitely go back and work with Tom again when my old Tundra kicks the bucket (hopefully not too soon). More
