This is our 5th Toyota since 1988.We purchased a 2010 RAV 4. When going to the lot, we only intended to look and not purchase that day. Darryl Coffey worked with us and we ended up buying that day. Darrell was very courteous, friendly and was very knowledgable of the product. He never rushed us or pressured us in any way. He worked very hard with us to get the deal that we wanted. I have always used their service department and they are the best!!! Russell Coulter does a wonderful job. My only complaint is that we were told our trade would bring $2500-3000 early in the conversation. When we had settled on a deal, the trade was valued at $3000. Before we left to go home to get our trade in, my husband offhandedly said, 'so the least we will get for our trade is $2500?' I told him in the car on the way home, that with that remark they would find a way to devalue our trade---sure enough when we got back, we were told that car fax had turned up an accident (which was true, but there was no damage--no insurance report.I had been bumped from the rear on the Clark Bridge one morning and that knocked me into another car. There were two small holes left on my bumper where the car's license plate behind me had punctured it.) Suddenly, our trade was worth $2650. I honestly had forgotten about the 'accident' and I felt compelled to take the deal because we had come so far, but suddenly we were out another $350. Honestly, being the last transaction, it left a sour taste in my mouth. I probably will recommend Jeff Wyler Toyota, but I will be sure to share this with my friends. More
Lance was very good to work with. He made buying a car quick, easy, painless, and enjoyable. I recommend this dealership and furthermore Lance as your salesman. I leased a Toyota 4Runner in 1995 from Greentree Toyota, which is now Jeff Wyler, and had a great experience then. I knew that I wanted to check there first when I was ready to sell my Volvo and get back in which is now Jeff Wyler, and had a great experience then. I live in Nashville, TN and never had the chance to personally meet Tom due to my schedule at work. He was very professional and easy to deal with in cyberland and on the telephone. He treated my best friend, who actually test drove the FJ Cruiser for me, with the upmost respect as well. I never saw the FJ until AFTER all the paperwork was signed and overnighted back to the dealership from me. My best friend, who test drove it, was able to pick it up for me and drive it to Nashville. I could have easily been taken advantage of but Tom made sure I had a great deal. The FJ was delivered to me as described exactly by Tom and on the website. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Tom. I am now his biggest fan! Thank you Tom and also Ron Doak for helping with the finance part of the deal. :) More
I gave the rating that I did because I was happy with the salesperson that contacted me. I was happy with the final price we agreeded upon. And I am happy with my new Tacoma. When I visited the dealership, I had already narrowed my choice down to about 3 vehicles and was reviewing my options for one last time before I made my selection. Dennis was so helpful and courteous as soon as he met up with us in their showroom. He works in the internet department but saw that we need assistance and still wanted to help. I was able to purchase a used 2008 Corolla for my daughter that I did not think I could afford on the budget I set aside. But Mark made a couple calls to the general manager and we were able to reach a deal that we could both live with. My daughter loves the car and it should give her years of reliable service. I have three other Toyotas and with regular routine maintenance, they just keep on going. More
I went to get a used car and ended up selling my old car and getting a car that was only a year old at great price.
