Contacted Tim via email and he responded within a half an hour of my inquiry. I was offered what was, in my opinion, a very reasonable, no-nonsense offer for the vehicle that was compatible with data from edmunds. Tim was responsive to my follow up questions and was patient while I made my decision. Made an appointment with Tim and when we arrived the vehicle was at the front door waiting for us to inspect and test drive. Everything was in order and as expected. Tim had the paperwork drawn up and we were on our way. Everyone at Jeff Wyler treated us with courtesy and respect and there were no high pressure tactics. In addition, he took me to meet the Service Manager, who was helpful, friendly and took his time to explain "need to know" items about our new Prius. The dealership itself was clean, friendly and very professional without being off-putting. They worked hard to get us the financing we would need, gave us a good price on our trade, and both my wife and I felt very much taken care of during our transaction.
