My wife's vehicle died on the side of the highway (coming home from work). We went online to look at vehicles, when we came across Jeff Wyler Toyota Dealership. When we called the dealership, I was unaware that is after hours, so I was pleasantly surpised that someone still answered the phone. I spoke with Lance in detail about the vehicle and made arrangements to drive to their dealership. I live over 2.5 hours away. While we have 3 local toyota dealership near where I live, we found Jeff Wyler's friendly customer service to be very different. Lance was refreshly honest and upfront. He was extrememly friendly. I never felt any pressure. No games! Everyone at the dealership was extrememly friendly and they spent a great deal of time answering my long list of questions. The vehicle was priced extremely well. I thought that this was a good purchase for us and Mark treated us fairly. I wish I had had the complete pricing (bottom line) before we went back to the dealership to write the check because I misunderst treated us fairly.
