This was my first time buying a new car. Mr. Tim Patillo made the experience a good one. He listened to my description of what I wanted and why I wanted it. When the sale was made he continued to provide information on aspects of the car itself, the paperwork that would be necessary, followup service, registration, inspection and insurance information. I feel that I was treated respectfully. Mr Patillo was friendly and considerate and did a beautiful job. He not only made me feel good about the dealership but about myself and about my purchase. When we called the dealership, I was unaware that is after hours, so I was pleasantly surpised that someone still answered the phone. I spoke with Lance in detail about the vehicle and made arrangements to drive to their dealership. I live over 2.5 hours away. While we have 3 local toyota dealership near where I live, we found Jeff Wyler's friendly customer service to be very different. Lance was refreshly honest and upfront. He was extrememly friendly. I never felt any pressure. No games! Everyone at the dealership was extrememly friendly and they spent a great deal of time answering my long list of questions. The vehicle was priced extremely well. I have to say, "I got a GREAT DEAL" I would strongly refer and recommend my family and friends to visit. More
