Took our Sienna in for a check engine light diagnosis, suspecting a faulty catalytic convertor. The service department was very flexible in setting up an appointment. The catalytic convertor was replaced free of any charge as it was still covered under warranty. There was no sales pitch to do other maintenance that we didn't want. I expected a battle and got none.
