The sales staff (Tim Patillo and Lance Alm) were very helpful, they had many pictures and a carfax posted with the ad and Tim also sent me a video and called the previous owner and got me the ok to talk with him about his former truck so I felt very confident about the purchase. We negotiated a price that I felt comfortable with so I was sold. For a purchase as big as a vehicle it's worth traveling a few hours to get what you want so you can enjoy it for years, rode a greyhound for ten hours to get mine and was glad I did, Tim even picked me up at the bus station and it was a great trip back home in my new ride. Friendly and easy to deal with. Was able to work the deal on what I wanted before I got the the dealership. That took alot of time out of the purchasing time. Salesperson knew what he was doing. I was surfing the internet and inquired about a 2004 I was surfing the internet and inquired about a 2004 Avalon Toyota. The next day I received a phone call from the salesmen Tim Patillo. We made an appointment to look at other vehicles, however I could not make the appointment and reshedule for the next day. Tim (salesmen) patiently showed be other vehicles of interest. We test drove at least three toyota's. I finally decided on the 2003 maroon Toyota. I have bought several cars in the past. The saleperson was more interested in saleing a car then my personal needs and financial situation. Tim slowly and clearly gave me the facts and I was able to make a sound judgement.
