I went in on a Saturday after using the BuildANissan function on their website. I had a good idea what I wanted. The salesperson was unable to see my online build but we sat and I went over what I wan function on their website. I had a good idea what I wanted. The salesperson was unable to see my online build but we sat and I went over what I wanted and everything seemed to go well. My truck did have to come up from Tennessee. When I did get my truck, there were some items that I assumed were on there but weren't. I was able to work with management and get the items installed. Don't use the online build feature, since COVID, they have not been able to make that work. I would have liked the process to have gone a little smoother but in the end it all worked out and I am very happy with my vehicle. More
