One of the most unethical Dealerships we have ever dealt with and based on our service experiences, they have a total disregard for the customer. There were two separate events that were horrible the last o with and based on our service experiences, they have a total disregard for the customer. There were two separate events that were horrible the last one being when my wife took our Buick in for powertrain warranty service and they said the part was covered but the work to replace it was not (totally different than the stated GM Warranty). That extra work would cost us $1,922.00! They treated my wife horribly (assume because she is a woman) and we argued back and forth for three weeks which left us without a vehicle. Finally, we took it to another dealership who, covered 100% by warranty, had it repaired in less than 2 hours. Tried to speak and email leadership at Jeff Wyler numerous times with no response. We have filed an ethics complaint with GM to hopefully prevent the behavior with future customers. More
I Love y Boys! They are always in a good mood they are fast and friendly. If they are running behind someone always comes out and talks to me and tells me what is going on. I tried for weeks to get in down the road and couldn't. My husband delivers cars here and told me to call...I called and made an appointment here and had it for the next day. When I got there the guy in service was super nice and helpful. They had me in and out within 45 minutes. The waiting area was very comfortable and had all the amenities. Very impressed! More
My wife is in her 7 th year of Alzheimers. I can't wait around for a long period of time because she is home by herself. On a Friday, on my way home from a doctors appointment, I stopped in and told them around for a long period of time because she is home by herself. On a Friday, on my way home from a doctors appointment, I stopped in and told them I needed an oil change and tire rotation and explained that I could not wait long. They told me to bring it back on the following Monday and they would take it right in. And true to their word they took it in and did the work as soon as i got there. Great service. Bill McKee More
When you take your vehicle in for an oil change and get a call stating they for got after you are home, well. That sucks! Then your vehicle acts stupid for days and you take it back and tell them. Was purchasing a 2018 Jeep Compass for full price ($17,900) for cash today. The gas fill door would not open and it was scratched and they agreed to repair it. Once the "paper work" came to me they tacked on a Jeff Wyler Service Protection Plan for $3,990. I declined the service protection plan and all of a sudden I need to take the car "as is" (scratched gas filler door that would not open). I have previously purchased three "new" Honda's from Jeff Wyler Florence. So much for customer service More
