Service dept: Outstanding team! Quality work, friendly, honest, and straight forward. Scott Mgr. is awesome! Jeff Wyler GMC Florence, Kentucky is our number ONE and ONLY place for a dependable service department. This event/PM was one of the biggest we had completed since we bought the New SUV. Service date: 14MAY2024, Changed out all four tires, flushed the fuel system replaced filters, an alignment and new brakes. As always Jeff Wyler GMC Florence, took care of us and was on the mark. The new Video "Walk around" is very cool and helpful since customers are not allowed (by OSHA and insurance reasons) to be in the service area. We saw the brakes and their condition before removal and after so we could witness the worn parts and then shown the new parts before and after the install. Rotors as well. Jeff Wyler GMC Florence, KY., their service department covers issues before total failure occurs. Scott, the shop Manager is one of the best and runs a super shop. His team is number one in my opinion, and they are good people. I think they do their best to save us wrecker calls later down the road.
