I would never buy anything from this dealer. They did me dirty on a car I wanted to buy. I called them about a new car, not sold and arriving at the dealer. They called 6 other people interested in the model and pitted them against me. they favorited another buyer who showed up before they opened to buy the car, they never called me the night before to tell me the car was in, that is xx! I was 5 minutes away from the dealership when the salesman texted me to tell me the car I was buying was sold. CRAPPY BUSINESS PRACTICE FROM A LESS THAN HONEST DEALER! I will not even buy a KIA now after that treatment! More

UPDATE 04/03/2023 The issues with the Chrysler Pacifica we bought in Oct of last year are dealt with. The engine failed and was given back to the dealership and the loan was cancelled. I would highly recom we bought in Oct of last year are dealt with. The engine failed and was given back to the dealership and the loan was cancelled. I would highly recommend more open communication on the part of the dealership when the initial issues were discovered and more training for employees for healthy interactions with customers. Used car showroom very trashy-looking and minor league compared to all other Wyler new car sales showrooms. Salesman was nice but their $37,000 truck suddenly became $43,000 with unwanted service warrant compared to all other Wyler new car sales showrooms. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, I called about a car I saw on there website to see if it was available and could be test drove they said yes and set up and appointment I informed them that I about a car I saw on there website to see if it was available and could be test drove they said yes and set up and appointment I informed them that I was coming from an hour away and they said that it was fine and they would have the car waiting for me so I drove an hour and get there to find out they just sold the car. After speaking with a sales person who was very nice and understood my frustration, he wanted to get the manager to make him aware of the situation and the manager refused to talk to me and said to tell me that there was more than just my appointment on the car and it’s there job to sell! The manager was very unprofessional and a simple apology could had been said. I would’ve been okay with the situation had I been informed that there was someone else coming to look at the car or been called to be informed that someone was buying it. More
