We were looking for a new SUV for a long time. We were never satisfied with other dealers. We went to Wyler Chevrolet in Eastgate and were immediately greeted by a courteous salesmen. He listened to our thoughts and quickly gave us two suggestions. We liked both cars but were really excited about the Equinox. WE were able to get our payments were we needed them to be. The whole experience was delightful and quick. Cedric Glover and Marty Taylor are experts at what they do. We shopped around for awhile and we now realize that the other dealerships could learn alot about how to deal with customers. Cedric and Marty should write a book on how to satisfy customers. I will never shop for a vehicle anywhere else and I have already told my family and friends, that this is the only place to buy a car. Ironically, alot of people that I mentioned this to had already purchased a car from there and completely agreed with me. More

My only wish, and this really applies to buying a vehicle in general, is you should consider empowering the sales reps to establish the final price. The back and forth just takes too long. I'm sorry I didn't get this out sooner, as i just got my computer fixed, but Jerri was fabulous to me. She explained everything. She took her time with me and was not pushy. We were out on Saturday afternoon , having in mind a new vehicle, preferably a truck that was 4 wheel drive. We weren't sure what we could afford or what if anything we would be approved for.
