if you consider "reaching out" offering me a free oil change then i think that you should take a little time and look up the definition. you guys charged me $1500 above and beyond the price that your salesman and i agreed upon the day before. a $20 oil change doesnt quite put a dent in that. you guys certainly do not disappoint. you havent treated me fairly so far, why start now?
