They all work at Trentec here in Eastgate with me. They were ALL promised a tank of fuel. None of them have received a survey to date. I could provide you with E-mail addresses if needed. Now that I have received my fuel, they are somewhat disgruntled. Some one said maybe they threw them away. All three of them? I don't think so. These three potentially repeat customers need your help because they bought the trucks from Wyler and they feel that their hands are tied. Our Son went in looking for a Colbalt. They offered a great deal and were even going to take his car as a trade in which was not expected. Joe was extremely helpful in providing the car I wanted, in a short period of time within the price range I was looking for. My only disappointment in the whole process was that I couldn't have my first ch in a short period of time within the price range I was looking for. My only disappointment in the whole process was that I couldn't have my first choice exterior color, but the service I received made up for it. Joe was very honest and straight to the point, which I greatly appreciated. An opportunity I see for the dealership is to be more proficient in working with the lease paperwork, as I had to come back in a few days after signing for the car to sign again because some of the paperwork was filled out incorrectly. The reason I was given was that they were not used to doing Leasing paperwork. All in all, it was a very positive experience. More
WOW!!! MY EXPERIENCE AT JEFF WYLER WAS AWSOME! I PURCHASED A 09 SILVERADO CREW CAB FOUR WHEEL DRIVE. I HAD A 06 SILVERADO EXTENED CAB HYBRID FOUR WHEEL DRIVE(WHICH I BOUGHT NEW) THAT HAD A LOT OF PR PURCHASED A 09 SILVERADO CREW CAB FOUR WHEEL DRIVE. I HAD A 06 SILVERADO EXTENED CAB HYBRID FOUR WHEEL DRIVE(WHICH I BOUGHT NEW) THAT HAD A LOT OF PROBLEMS. THE HYBRID SYSTEM WENT OUT AT 25000 MILES THE TRANSMISSION WENT OUT ELECTRIC SYSTEM HAD ALOT OF PROBLEMS. I OWED WAY MORE THAN IT WAS WORTH. LAST YEAR MY WIFE AND I PURCHASED AN 09 VIBE GT FROM KEITH BEACH (SALESMAN AT JEFF WYLER) THAT WE LOVE. KEITH KNEW OF ALL THE PROBLEMS THAT I HAD WITH THE TRUCK AND HAS BEEN WORKING WITH ME SENSE JANUARY TO GET ME OUT OF THE TRUCK. HERE IT IS SEPTEMBER KEITH HAD GM BUY BACK MY TRUCK. I NOW HAVE A BRAND NEW TRUCK 5 YEAR 100,000 MILE BUMPBER TO BUMPER WARRANTY AND MY PAYMENT IS LESS.WOW! HE DID IT! HE TOLD ME IN JANUARY HE COULD DO IT AND I WAS PATIENT AND HE GOT IT DONE. Larry Moore was great!!! he was the reason I bought my new car at this dealer. I paid a little more than what I wanted to spend, but because he was honest and up front with me, and he went out of his way new car at this dealer. This is our 14th car/truck purchase at Jeff Wyler that goes back to the Batavia days. I guess that pretty much speaks for itself. All positives....we'll be back. we first went in to look at a nissan cube and samir was our salesman. i was not very satified with him, because he did not tell me very much @ all about the car. and he was also a bit pushy. well we then s our salesman. i was not very satified with him, because he did not tell me very much @ all about the car. and he was also a bit pushy. well we then started to work with david barnheart. my wife and i both really really liked working with him. he was really nice and made everything really easy. so we picked out the car that we wanted and we agreed on a price. but we did not do it that day because we we going to participate in the CASH FOR CLUNKERS program. so we went home and the next day david called me back and said that he had made a mistake, jeff wyler had added some options that he did not know about and the price of the cars was going to be 1500 dollars more than we had previously agreed upon. and the bad thing was that these "options" were not listed anywhere on the sticker price. well needless to say, i was NOT happy. so we were going to try and work it out, i went in to talk to a manager, and he was to busy to talk to me. i called david about four times to try and talk to his manager, but somehow every time it did not work out beacause once again, the manager was "too busy". so i finally called and bypassed david and went straight to the nissan sales manager. what do you know, this time he had time to talk to me! we finally settled on a price and he then set me up with john yeager, who sold me my cube. bottom line = i will probably never go back to jeff wyler to buy a new car. and i would not recommend them to any one either. now i see most people have had good experiances, and good for them. but mine was not smooth and not very pleasent. i dont know if it was because it was early on in the cash for clunkers program or what, but i was not satisfied!
