Purchasing my Nissan Versa Hatchback had been a 'several month search' with area dealers- Jeff Wyler had been the most efficient but not pushy each step of the way. Keith Beach (Jeff Wyler Salesman) made buying our new Impala LT a pleasant experience. All to often when a salesman approaches potential buyers, there is a feeling among buyers that they are going to get Impala LT a pleasant experience. All to often when a salesman approaches potential buyers, there is a feeling among buyers that they are going to get a high pressure sales pitch. That was not the case with Keith. Keith was there to answer any questions without projecting the urgency to make a sale. Our buying experience was truly a pleasant experience. I know where I will be purchasing my next vehicle. Jerri was very helpful. She worked with me to get the best price and interest rate. She understood that I was firm on how much I wanted for my trade in, and was able to get it for me. Keith Brown was very helpful and responsive to our requests. He took very good care of us. One negative was a change in our discount which, without explanation, had shrunk about $300 from the verbally requests. He took very good care of us. Their knowledge, friendliness, and their willingness to bend over backwards to help and get us the car we want at the price we want, have Eastgate. Their knowledge, friendliness, and their willingness to bend over backwards to help and get us the car we want at the price we want, have been the deciding factors in our continuing to purchase from this dealership. Kia's reputation is excellent. Reports on the vehicles complimentary. We own a Kia Soul 2010, traded in a 2007 Kia Rio for a 2009 Kia Optima and really enjoy these cars. The Service Department is excellent. If you want to be taken care of honestly and fairly, you need to purchase from Jeff Wyler Kia. More
