My recent purchase of a new 2010 Nissan Maxima was a very efficient and pleasant experience. I originally contacted the dealership through their Internet sales. Their quote was substantially less than I received at other local dealerships. I called Matt Shriner and he confirmed they had a car that exactly met my requirements. Matt took me for a test drive. He spent time explaining the car and answering questions without putting on any sales pressure. The deal took less than 1 hour to complete. The paperwork was done quickly without issue. I was extremely impressed with the manner in which the car was delivered. A certified Nissan salesperson Samir Abuyaghi explained the car in great detail. He walked me around the dealership and gave me a list of key contacts to answer future questions. Samir then took me to the car and explained all of the features and settings for the car and GPS Navigation. I have never been as impressed with a car delivery and a dealership. My only problem is that when we were first in the car and looking at the radio. The screen said U-CONNECT and I said "So, I will have the hands free phone, the salesman said yes. After we got home and I tried to set it up the screen said not available. I called the Dealership and was told that I only had the capability of hands free for an additional $427.00. I think that the dealership needs to have a Dodge Certified salesman available at all times since the salesman that helped us was KIA certified and didn't know the Dodge a well as he needed to. More

When I left the showroom, I knew I would be buying a car from Jeff Wyler the next day, after sending the husband in to arrange for the purchase.
