I have had a bad experience with jeff wyler in eastgate today 9-29-10. i took my 2004 jeep to get fixed, which was under warranty and i was treated very poorly. i had taken my jeep in for the the same pr today 9-29-10. i took my 2004 jeep to get fixed, which was under warranty and i was treated very poorly. i had taken my jeep in for the the same problem 14 months earlier. jeff wyler fixed it the first time then 14 months later after there warranty was up it started having the same issues again. now on 9-29-10 i took it back for the second time and spoke to a gentlemen named chuck reckers he then went on to tell me he couldnt get a hold of the warranty people and that i would have to wait to see if we were covered and told me i should call them and have them call him, which i thought thought was his job. at this point i was pretty frustrated and told him i need my car fixed asap because i didnt have a second vehicle so we needed to handle this today and the only thing he kept saying was that i could take it somewhere else to get fixed which i thought was pretty rude. so after about 2 hours of calling the warranty phone number i finally got through and they told me that they cant make outgoing calls, so i had to call chuck and let him know who to contact which was unexceptable. first impressions are everything. my family is looking for a second car and was thinking about jeff wyler as an often but not now, i feel i was treated very unprofessional and i will not be dealing with this jeff wyler ever again. More

Awesome car shopping experience. Tim lined up all of the vehicles we were interested in so we could drive and compare, including prices and incentives. Everyone we came in contact with in sales, finance and vehicles we were interested in so we could drive and compare, including prices and incentives. I enjoyed working with the dealership on the purchase of my new chrysler town and country. They were very personable and knew that we couldnt afford much more of a payment than we already had. This was a great buying experience. Our salesman had two vehicles waiting for us when we arrived to test back to back. This was very helpful in selecting the right vehicle. We ended up with a dodge ram bu vehicles waiting for us when we arrived to test back to back. This was very helpful in selecting the right vehicle.
