Above all our salesperson, Samir, made this car buying experience the best we have ever had!! He had the answers to all of our questions, and was very open and honest throughout the whole process. We had our 5 yr. old daughter with us, and he made her feel very welcome by finding whatever he could in his desk (key chains, etc) to keep her entertained. We feel like we paid a fair price for our 2011 Nissan Juke AWD, and LOVE it!! The day after we picked up the car we went on a road trip over Thanksgiving from the Cincinnati area to Philadelphia. The car performed well in the driving situations we encountered, and it was very comfortable to sit in for the long drive. People (mostly men and one woman) were asking my husband about the car, and he loved showing it off. Just about at every stop, the car was turning heads. He loved telling that is has a turbo charged engine!!! I would also like to mention Samir again, because he did such a wonderful job upon delivery of the car. He took the time to show us all the features of the Juke. I mean he covered everything!!!! This was the first time that we have had a salesperson really teach us all about the car. He even helped us go ahead and set up our cell phones through the blue-tooth system....which can be confusing for first timers. Since 2002 we have purchased 3 new Kia vehicles at Jeff Wyler Eastgate. While we were overall satisfied with our previous experiences, this newest purchase of our 2010 Kia Forte EX was by far the most plea Wyler Eastgate. While we were overall satisfied with our previous experiences, this newest purchase of our 2010 Kia Forte EX was by far the most pleasant. The price of the vehicle and options was good, but the Kia and Jeff Wyler incentives sealed the deal. Mark was extremely personable, knowledgeable of the products, honest and helpful; he matched what we wanted (high mileage, fair price and trade, certain features) with a model that we feel exactly suits our needs. We ordered a dealer installed sunroof; when the installation was completed, it was superb work, propmtly and professionally done. Our financing terms worked out where we wanted, and the delivery was done promptly during a busy day. In all respects the rating of Jeff Wyler Eastgate for our purchase is 5.0 or better, in our minds. we highly recommend this dealer. More

I felt I was treated great by all involved and received a honest,fair price on my new Juke. Joe Comer went above and beyond in all aspects. Example, I asked if they could get the two front small windows tinted before I picked up the new vehicle, the dealership wanted $595.00 to get this done, I had one of the best window tinters in the area complete this for me to include a visor strip on the windshield for $65.00. I wanted a stainless exhaust tip added which sells at dealer mark up for $78.00, dealership wanted close to $200.00 to install, about ten minutes work!!! I would reccommend all to visit this dealership and find out they will treat you great. However dealer accessories and install needs to be shopped around. More
I searched online the lowest priced 2010 XTerra and Joe Comer at Jeff Wyler Eastgate offered me the best price for a 2011 XTerra Pro-4X, even lower than comparable 2010 models. Excellent customer-service a Comer at Jeff Wyler Eastgate offered me the best price for a 2011 XTerra Pro-4X, even lower than comparable 2010 models. Being the end of the month, we thought that the "force" used for the sale was a little more hard-sell then we normally would accept. The dealership helped with the purchase of our end-of-lease vehicle. I'd imagine they would make more money from selling a vehicle from the lot, however that didn't prevent them from going above end-of-lease vehicle. I was searching for a new company car and I visited Jeff Wyler at Eastgate. I met Kyle Mullen and he listened to what I was looking for and then gave me a few recommendations. We drove the vehicles I thought I was interested in and then Kyle suggested a KIA Sorento. I was hesitant but decided to trust him so we took the Sorento for a ride. Kyle was right on the money with his suggestion. I purchased the Sorento and I am very pleased. Kyle was great to work with as he was extremely honest and did not try to push me in a direction I did not want to go. He listened to what I had to say and acted on that information. Kyle was a very refreshing alternative to a new car salesman. He introduced me to Troy Hamilton that worked with me and the leasing company to acquire the vehicle. Troy also was refreshing to work with. He did not promise me anything other than to do the best he could and that is exactly what he did. I was able to purchase the vehicle at a very resonable price and there were NO hassles at all. I highly recommend this dealership and these two gentlemen if you are looking for a new car. Doug More
