The car we discussed on the phone was the car we received for the exact price that Samir quoted on the phone. Samir did not try to change or add things at the last minute nor did he bring anyone else into the transaction to pressure us. Samir made the experience one that we actually enjoyed. Typically, each moment that one spends at a car dealer is excruciatingly painful; however, the time with Samir passed very pleasantly. I think that a lot of people often forget about the importance of customer service but Samir is not one of those people. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with every step of the process - he even made tea and offered us hot chocolate. Samir answered all of our questions fully and ensured that we were 100% satisfied before we left. We had a slightly better deal at another dealership but chose to work with Samir because of his impeccable customer service skills. My recent experience with the service department (Rodney Gray and Tammy)went above my expectations when I had a differential problem with my 2007 Avalanche.
